September 13th "Evening in the Vineyard" - 5PM to 8PM
Come celebrate the changing of the seasons at our annual Friends of Lava Cap event "Evening in the Vineyard". The evening begins with wine tasting in the garden where you can select and purchase your favorite Lava Cap wine to accompany your meal. Caterer Rick Quarry will prepare a wonderful dinner including appetizers of shrimp scampi, main course of grilled steak and salmon along with side dishes and a dessert. Live music will be performed by Greg Costa, an acoustic guitarist, singer and song writer. And of course, several members of the Jones family will be present to share their Lava Cap memories and experiences since the winery origin in 1981.
Seating is limited. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis so call and reserve early. Reservations may be made by contacting Lise by phone at 1-800-475-0175, email to wineclub@lavacap.com or in person at the tasting room. The cost is $30 per member and $35 per non-member (please limit your non-member guests to two). The deadline for reservations and cancelations is September 8th.
