A beautiful romance of sweetness and crispness makes this a lively and refreshing wine. The aromatic perfume shows off scents of rose petals and orange blossoms. Fresh lemon and tangerine flavors linger throughout a juicy, smooth finish.

This is a great wine to enjoy with a variety of foods…Thai prawns, salmon, sushi, and even along with Alfredo or herbed chicken.

Winemaker Notes

This wine encompasses a delightful sugar/acid balance and is 100% Muscat of Alexandria, which emphasizes its expressive character. A long cold fermentation is used to maximize fruitiness.

Vibrant acidity is balanced by 3.5% residual sugar.
