Vineyard Notes
From our latest ripening Chardonnay block, and a portion of our Cabernet Franc block, this combines the power and structure of chardonnay with the acidity and aromatics of Cabernet Franc.
Winemaker Notes
A blend of Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay from multiple vintages, this traditional method Extra Brut Blanc de Noir underwent up to 3 years of aging in barrel before tirage and release. The blend is 50% Chardonnay was picked with ample acidity and bright flavors, while the Cabernet Franc adds spice, freshness, and vibrant aromatics.
